Frida Larios
BIO
Frida Larios has a Bachelors of Arts from Falmouth College of Arts in England and a Masters of Arts in Communication Design from Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design, University of the Arts London. She has been an educator since 2000, at such places like the London College of Fashion and Camberwell College of Arts in London. In 2005, she was the only Latin American to have ever won the Sign Design Award (Sign Design Society in London), for her MA project “New Maya Language Archaeological Site”. In 1999, she was nominated for the Beatrice L. Warde Award by the ISTD (International Society of Typographic Designers) for excellence in typographic research in England. She has exhibited at the Lethaby Gallery, The Mall Galleries, Canning House, and the Embassy of El Salvador in London, amongst others. Frida's artworks have been published worldwide.
